ABOUT THE COMPANY Rebuild Cost Assessment Ltd Rebuild Cost Assessment Ltd is an organisation Regulated by RICS We are part of the RiskSTOP Group of companies We operate under a corporate brand which reflects our RiskSTOP identity In view of the digital nature of our operation we also use an online brand RebuildCostASSESSMENT com which is consistent with our corporate brand This guide covers both our corporate and online identity OUR VISION To permanently eradicate issues around inaccurate buildings sum insured OUR MISSION To provide rapid and affordable Rebuild Cost Assessments to property owners and relevant stakeholders by utilising disruptive digital and technological techniques 3

CORPORATE LOGO Our corporate logo is the primary visual element that identifies us This logo is to be used across all primary brand applications The logo design comprises two elements the logo symbol and logo typography The logo has adopted the RiskSTOP symbol and font to clearly link it with RiskSTOP Group Ltd The logo width should never be less than 30mm 30mm 5

LOGO SYMBOL Our logo symbol should never be used on its own The logo symbol should not be used on its own in place of the full logo Do not distort or resize the logo symbol as part of the Rebuild Cost Assessment Ltd logo 7

UNACCEPTABLE LOGO USAGE Please follow these rules to ensure the consistency of our corporate brand Do not squash or stretch Do not resize any part Do not place elements in the logo clear space Do not change the colour or use off brand colour Do not add effects Do not contain in a box when used against a white background Do not remove any part of the logo Do not use the logo symbol on its own Do not rotate the logo SAMPLE TEXT 8
